Rob Jones

Rob “Q” Jones is Vice President of Buying, Merchandise Planning, Pricing, and Promotions at C3 Industries. He brings over 25 years of retail and e-commerce experience, including five years in cannabis.

Before joining C3, Rob held senior roles at Jushi, Ascend Wellness, and Gap, and led wholesale sales, planning, and promotions across national cannabis and retail platforms. He also held roles at Family Dollar and Pilot Company.

Rob holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from the University of Virginia. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, two children, and dogs Gus and Pearl. He enjoys live music, golf, fly-fishing, and grilling.
