Louis Cohen is Regional Vice President, East at C3 Industries, where he leads retail operations across Massachusetts, Missouri, and New Jersey. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience with a focus on building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Louis joined C3 with a strong background in managing retail markets, launching new stores, and supporting adult-use transitions in multiple states. His experience spans cannabis, hospitality, distribution, and major brands like Nike and Equinox. He has spent more than four years in the cannabis industry, guiding growth through operational excellence and team development.

Louis earned his BS in Business Administration from Long Island University. He is passionate about mentoring future leaders and creating retail environments where employees and customers thrive.
