Kevin Duplissis

Kevin Duplissis is the Director of Supply Chain for C3 Industries. He joined the company in February 2020 as the Inventory & Packaging Manager for the newly opened Webberville facility. In 2021, he was promoted to Senior Operations Manager, working in a larger cross-functional capacity, handling initiatives across all operating markets to align facility-level operations. Fast forward to 2023, where he currently leads a team of three professional staff managing the supply chain for C3’s three operating markets, serving corporate, retail, and production facilities and ongoing future expansion efforts. Kevin’s true passion for the plant and knowledge of the industry brought him into C3 three years ago.

Kevin comes to C3 with long-standing experience and professional accomplishments within a multi-state operating institution, previously navigating inventory, production planning, procurement, distribution, and logistics for the ninth-largest egg producer in the nation. His past agriculture experience was a seamless transition into the world of cannabis.

He graduated from Michigan State University in 2014 with a B.S. in Food Industry Management. While attending, Kevin met his wife, Allie. In Kevin’s personal life, he is an avid green thumb, animal lover (they share their home with their two former racers, Jay and Evan, two snakes), enjoys Spartan sports, hiking, disc golfing, attending concerts, boating, and relaxing on the lake with friends and family.
