Jason Berkenstock

Jason Berkenstock is Regional Vice President, West at C3 Industries, overseeing sales and operations for the company’s dispensary network. He leads a retail team of over 200 employees and manages 19 High Profile Cannabis Shops across Michigan, Missouri, and Massachusetts.

Before joining C3 in 2022, Jason was Vice President of Retail at Ascend Wellness Holdings, where he managed operations for 15 licensed dispensaries. He also served as SVP of Retail Operations at Cresco Labs, overseeing national dispensary expansion. Jason spent two decades in fragrance and fashion specialty retail, including senior roles at Yankee Candle.

He earned a BS in Social Studies Secondary Education from Elizabethtown College. Now based in Ann Arbor, Jason enjoys running, cycling, reading, and supporting animal rescue organizations.
