Emily Ballow

Emily Ballow is Vice President of People & Culture at C3 Industries, where she has been a key leader since 2019. She joined the company to build its Talent Acquisition function from the ground up, overseeing the hiring and onboarding of more than 700 employees and supporting the launch of new states and divisions across the business.

Emily later expanded her leadership to include Human Resources field teams, resulting in dedicated HR support across all C3 markets. She has played a pivotal role in shaping a people-first culture that supports growth, inclusion, and performance.

A proud graduate of Michigan State University, Emily began her career in retail leadership. She is originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, and actively gives back to her community through volunteer work with Kappa Delta Sorority.
