Dinesh Penugonda

Dinesh Penugonda is Vice President of Retail Operations at C3 Industries, where he leads retail strategy, operational efficiency, and store team support across the High Profile Cannabis Shop network. He reports to the Chief Retail Officer and plays a key role in scaling the business and enhancing customer experiences.

Before joining C3, Dinesh served as SVP of Retail Operations at Curaleaf, where he helped expand their retail footprint to over 150 stores while improving operational processes. He also spent a decade at Abercrombie & Fitch, where he helped transform their domestic business and drove international growth.

Dinesh lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife, three children, and their dog. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and working on projects that challenge him to learn new skills.
