Chris Melillo

Chris Melillo is Chief Retail Officer at C3 Industries, where he oversees the company’s retail operations across all markets. He leads the strategy and execution of customer experience, store operations, sales, and team development for C3’s High Profile Cannabis Shops.

Chris brings over 25 years of experience in retail leadership, including senior roles at Nike, DTLR/Villa, Equinox, PetSmart, and Home Depot. He entered the cannabis industry as SVP of Retail at Curaleaf, and most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Ascend Wellness Holdings, where he led retail, wholesale, and marketing functions.

Chris has a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams, launching new markets, and driving growth through operational excellence.
