Andrew McCann

Andrew McCann is Vice President of Buying and Planning, overseeing the buying and planning organization across all states of operation with a focus on assortment optimization and commercial performance.

Andrew joined C3 with extensive experience in retail planning and buying and thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and people leadership. Prior to joining C3, Andrew served as Vice President of Planning and Purchasing at Ascend Wellness Holdings, where he drove profitability and efficiency through enhanced purchasing processes, assortment analytics, and vendor management across complex, multi-state operations. Prior to entering the cannabis industry, Andrew spent nearly two decades at Bed Bath & Beyond, leading high-performing teams responsible for merchandise financial planning, assortment strategy, allocation, and demand planning across a large national retail footprint. He holds a degree in Business Management, graduating summa cum laude.

Andrew hails from Queens, New York, and currently resides in New Jersey with his wife, Olivia, and their dog, Emma. Outside of work, he enjoys learning new skills, spending time outdoors with Olivia and Emma, and riding his motorcycle along the scenic roads of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
