Ian Gross

Ian Gross is General Counsel at C3 Industries, responsible for legal, real estate, licensing, and compliance functions across the company. He joined C3 in 2021 and plays a key role in navigating regulatory and transactional matters.

Prior to C3, Ian was a partner at Joelson Rosenberg PLC, where he built a cannabis-focused legal practice serving startups and multi-state operators. He also worked in complex property litigation at a firm in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Ian holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis, where he received a full academic scholarship.
