Danny Rohloff

Danny Rohloff is Vice President of Development & Construction at C3 Industries, where he oversees the company’s development, design, and construction efforts for multi state retail and processing projects. He unites external design and construction partners with internal operations to keep projects precise, predictable, and on track.

Danny brings over 10 years of senior leadership experience in cannabis, complex capital projects and operations. He most recently served as SVP of Operations and head of the cannabis business unit for a leading controlled environment agriculture contractor, where he oversaw large scale project delivery, operational performance, and program development across multiple markets. His experience is further anchored by his tenure as Senior Director of Construction, Engineering & Design at Cresco Labs, where he led major initiatives across cultivation, manufacturing, and retail portfolios with a focus on compliance, vendor management, and multi state execution. His background also includes management roles in the public sector with the City of Minneapolis, supporting and overseeing high impact infrastructure and transportation projects.

Danny earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Alanna, exploring the mountains on his snowboard, and spending time on the running trail and in the gym.
