Joel Ruggiero

As co-founder and chief horticulture officer of C3 Industries, Joel is an industry-recognized cannabis cultivation master and oversees C3 Industries’ award-winning team of cultivation experts and multiple state-of-the-art cultivation and manufacturing facilities. Joel employs a disciplined approach focused on personalized care and attention for each plant throughout the entire cultivation process, resulting in premier quality and consistency across the company’s product offering.

Before co-founding C3 industries, Joel was head of cultivation at The Green Solution, a leading cannabis producer in Colorado, where he managed a 50,000-square-foot cultivation facility. Joel also consulted on the design, build-out, and construction of extensive commercial cannabis facilities across the country.
